Cream-coloured foam; fine and glossy, dark copper, sparkling. The aroma reminds us of the mash house at the brewery, as if freshly cooked wort had just been mashed there. Even less experienced beer drinkers might notice caramel and malt bonbons.
Sparkling on the first sip. Forest honey on the palate with a hint of orange. Fruity notes give non-alcoholic Kupfer freshness and contrast with the body, which is characterised by sweetness. The strong bitterness recalls orange zest. A non-alcoholic beer that is no pale imitation of the original!
